1. Return Eligibility

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Share your Order ID along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

5. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product:

Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving the required bank details.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
